Storage FAQs

When can I move in?
Leasing is by appointment M-F 9am to 2:30pm and Sat 9am to 12:30 pm.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 7-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term rental agreement?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me into the storage facility?
No. The storage facility is always open during business hours.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, by mail or by phone. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted monthly from your credit card.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and cash.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office, including boxes and heavy-duty locks.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables (food items). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
Do I need insurance for my stored property?
We recommend that your stored items be insured. Check with your homeowners or renters' insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy. We can also provide you the name of an insurance carrier that specializes in self storage.
